- Please make note that his cottage is on a sewage ejector pump, ONLY HUMAN WASTE AND TOILET PAPER CAN BE FLUSHED. Diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, trash, garbage, hair, plastics and other debris may clog or otherwise impair the normal operation of the system. Also, grease or oils should not go down the drain. Greases such as cooking oils or bacon grease may congeal in the lines. Collect grease in a container and once cooled throw it tin the garbage.

- Queen size pillow top mattress. Ideal for a couple. TV with cable stored in the built-in closet, can be easily viewed from the cozy bed. Includes a night stand with a lamp for reading, a dresser/armoir + a built in cabinet and drawers. Sliding glass doors lead to spacious deck. A queen size Aero bed and electric air pump is stored in the bedroom closet (perhaps set up in living room) however, the cottage would be best utilized as a romantic retreat for a couple or for the individual adventure seeker.

Built in 1944: This adorable cottage has recently been refurbished. The living room includes brand new leather furniture. Quality furnishings throughout. Off street parking is a plus. The owners live near by and are available to you when necessary and to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Grocery store only a few blocks away. On bus line.
Fully stocked kitchen: The kitchen is well stocked and includes a full size coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans and eating and cooking utensils. There is a brand new microwave oven and refrigerator freezer as well as a cook stove with oven and an automatic dish washer.
Washer and dryer in basement: A full size washer and dryer are available in the basement along with laundry detergent etc.
