Check In Time: 3:00 P.M.
Check Out Time: 10:00 A.M. - 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking, and balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit and confirmed with payment of the balance. A $250 damage/key return deposit is to be paid with balance 30 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be returned within 21 days from when keys returned and unit has been inspected following departure. Payment may be made by cashier's check, money order or postal money order.

Kingston Plantation was planned as a Master Community with planning to every detail. From the moment guests and owners enter the Plantation, the impression is one of being immersed in a Resort Oasis.
