- The bathroom is small but very pretty and efficient. Fully renovated with classic fixtures , beadboard wainsccoating, a big medicine cabinet and a window make it a very nice, bright room.

Loft -

Day bed - 1 twin/ single, built-in sofa/bed
- Main, Queen Temperpedic bed, is in the sleeping loft. It accessed by and easy to climb stair ladder (it has flat steps not rungs) and the loft has a window with air conditioner and a operable (electric) big skylight with an absolutely beautiful view of the Provincetown harbor. There is a closet in the loft as well. Fall asleep to he sound of the waves and wave to them as well. The ceiling is low in the loft but I've installed very soft wool carpeting so its very comfortable getting in and out. The sofa in the living room is a twin mattress built-in to create a large day bed. It's great for hanging out on, reading, watching TV and it can become a guest bed - or your main bed if you prefer - with very little effort.
