A cancellation fee of 50% of the rental fee will be charged if reservation cancelled two weeks prior to arrival date. - Security Deposit $500 (includes non refundable cleaning fee of $180). A cancellation fee of 50% of rental amount will be charged if reservation cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. Beginning June 1, 2013, 8% Tax will be accessed (2% Tourism Tax, 6% State Use Tax)

For extra guests, the living room sofa holds a queen size pull out and there is a queen size Eddie Bauer inflatable bed in the upstairs walk in closet.
