Cape Coral beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes, whilst Fort Myers Beach is approximately 15-20 minutes by car. Sanibel and Captiva islands are about 15- 20 minutes by car. The Orlando theme parks are 3 hours by car. Busch Gardens is approximately 2 hours away. The property is only 25 minutes from South West Florida International (Fort Myers) airport. Approximately 2 hours from Miami International or Tampa airports.
Activities: Local activities include boating, fishing, jet-skiing, golf, cycling, tennis, parasailing, swimming, diving, water skiing and windsurfing. Restaurants and shopping are just minutes away and there are many local golf courses. Owner can provide referrals for boat and kayak rentals! Please inquire.
