Directions: Directions from Cullman, Al.: Traveling on I-65 take exit 308 west (Hwy 278) for slightly more than 16 miles. You will turn left onto Hwy 77 (just past the Exxon gas station). Go 8 miles to CO. RD. 3908 and turn left (a sign will say The “ Real McCoy House”). Go about 1 mile and you will see a sign saying (The 'Real McCoy House “). You Have Arrived!!

Amenities: This luxury home was built in late 2008. We have a Master Suite with walk in showers, both upstairs and down. Each has two queen beds. Two bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and share a bathroom. Down stairs have one bedroom with a king and one bedroom with a queen and a set of twin bunk beds, both bedrooms sharing a bath. Down stairs also has a day bed with two twin size beds. Sleeps 20 in beds and for added sleeping space we have two very comfortable couches, one up and one down stairs. We also have 3 or 4 queen size air mattresses for more sleeping if needed. There is also 1 baby bed in the room with the king size bed.

Down stairs has a big screen TV (please do not attach your electronics to this unit). It cost $75.00 to have a technician come out to redo the setup. Also downstairs is the wet bar, fireplace, a Jacuzzi (temperature is pre-set) out the back door off the huge covered porch and lots of room. Access to the tram going to the boat dock is from this level. Upstairs has a gourmet kitchen, with dining/serving bar, fireplace, and dining. Outside the view is excellent and has two all weather picnic tables for communal dining in the evening under a large covered porch. We have 4 Kayaks available for $10 per day per boat (includes life vest and paddles).
