It was remodeled in 2006, has a covered back yard porch the width of the home, a large 10 x 18 deck shaded by a large oak tree, and a second deck that is open for sitting in the sun on warm days. The great room is huge (15 x 30) with soaring 14' ceilings, and you can enjoy fantastic lakeviews from large floor to ceiling windows across the entire back of the home. The home has books, movies, games, and puzzles for evening entertainment as well as cable TV with DVD & VCR. The kids bunk bed room also has its own TV for kids. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare complete meals with modern appliances. The master bedroom is large and sleeps 2 in a queen bed, has walk-in closets, two built-in dressers with a large mirror, and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a trundle bed to accommodate a total of 4 guests. A full bath is shared by the second and third bedrooms.
The third bedroom sleeps 4 in two bunk beds. The third full bath is located in the hall near the kitchen. The sun porch is great for relaxing outdoors and is situated close to a butterfly garden so you can enjoy watching hummingbirds and butterflies. A covered porch also extends across the back of the home and also has a large 10x18 deck under a mature oak tree. A laundry room with mud room has a separate entrance off from the back yard and is a convenient place to enter the house with wet bathing suits or to store lake toys overnight.
