More About the Property: There are seven flat screen TVs throughout the house if you need a break from the sun. Traditional beach cottage heart pine flooring and wood paneling throughout. Granite counter tops, designer bathrooms, fully stocked gourmet kitchen (bring your own food!) with premium stainless steel appliances, three levels of huge porches facing the ocean, and more. There’s ample parking for plenty of cars in the garages and driveway, washer and dryer, and enough beds to sleep 14 plus two more on the sleeper sofa. Several families can enjoy this house together and never feel crowded.
There are so many things to do in this house you may not want to go anywhere else! There’s plenty of room around the pool and the back yard is fenced for the kids to play. On the first level, the Den with a 36 in. LCD TV is a great place for the kids or the guest family to call their own. On the upper floor, you have views of the ocean from the Great Room and the Kitchen with a 50 in. Plasma TV over the gas fireplace. Entertaining and meals for 20 of your friends and family is not a problem in this room. Also on the upper floor is the spectacular Master Suite with a whirlpool tub. For the kids, the Isle of Palms Recreation Park is only one block away, right around the corner. Enjoy the basketball and tennis courts, softball fields, large grassed yards for throwing the ball, and seasonal scheduled activities. There's also a ping pong table in the garage!
Bedrooms on the first floor include a Bunk Room with two bunk beds sleeping 4, a double Queen Suite sleeping 4, a second Master Suite sleeping 2, and the sleeper sofa in the Den sleeping 2. Bedrooms on the second floor include a Queen Suite sleeping 2 and the Master Suite sleeping 2. Everything you need is provided; just bring your personal items. Kick back and have the time of your life – you deserve it! Please e-mail first, I will check it daily. **If this house is booked, or if you need two homes close by for a large group, please contact me about other nearby properties that may be available** Peak season weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Off peak season requires a minimum 3 night stay. All of our rates include taxes, cleaning fees, and linens!!
