More About the Property: The large, light-filled rooms are fully renovated and decorated with gold-level appointments. Your ocean-view master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room. Meals are a breeze in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. No pets and no smoking. All guests at Sea Colony are required to pay a Recreational Association fee of $35/person/week. Less in the off seasons.
Additional Area Activities: Many Tennis Programs are available at Sea Colony, Fine Golf Courses dot the region, walking distance to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and Restaurants, Bookstore and Light Shopping. Rent a Bike to Cruise Level Biking Lanes along Ocean Highway or in the Nearby Countryside, Summer Recreation Program and Kiddie Kamp at Sea Colony, for More Adventure - Virtually All Land and Water Activities can be found in Nearby Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Dewey Beach, and Rehoboth Beach, Great Boardwalks and Amusements, Nightlife, Water Sports, Tax-free Shopping, and the Beautiful Delaware State Seashore, large outlet malls 30 min. away.
