Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $475/night plus 9% tax. A 10% discount for stays of 7 consecutive nights or more. A 50% deposit will be taken by Visa/MasterCard at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance will be charged 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy is 14-days in advance. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged a one-night stay, unless the property can be re-rented. Cancellations within 72-hours will forfeit 1/2 of the costs of the stay. $25 cancel fee at any time.

The house has central heat and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, wood stove in the living room, washer & dryer, hair dryers and make-up mirrors in both baths, and luxury bedding with down comforters. Families are always welcome, and a crib and high chair are available on request at no additional cost. A wonderful spot for your next Wine Country vacation!
