The large main floor bedroom has a King-size bed. The main floor also has a full bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom with Queen-size bed, full bath, and window seat looking out over Nye Creek to the city park. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and window seat looking into the treetops. At the top of the stairs is a comfortable sitting area with window seat, easy chair and a view of the ocean, and a half bath. Family room in the daylight basement, with a large sitting area, gas fireplace, 6 foot slate top pool table, teak card table and electronic piano. From this inviting room, there is easy access to the gazebo with hot tub. When you get out of the hot tub, you can shower in the full bath in the basement. The laundry area with front loading washer/dryer is tucked into a closet in the basement.

During the renovation of Cornelius House, updates included installing all new plumbing, all new electric wiring, and a continuous on-demand hot water heater.
