Condo Guidlines: Renters are subject to condo cottage association rules and guidelines which are provided upon check in (not strict in any way). Owner reserves the right to remove renters from the cottage upon violation of these terms.
Check in / Check Out: Check-in is allowed any time after 1pm, check-out is at 10am. Please wash all utensils, dishes, glassware and anything else used. Also trash must be taken out and emptied into the dumpster on the property. Trash bags provided.
2009: Please note that you must provide your own Linens and towels. We have one full/double bed in the bedroom and two futons one full, one queen.
Golf: Multiple Golf Courses in the area.
Other Activities: Relax on the Beach with Great views!
