More About the Property: It is the perfect spot for whale watching and storm watching or relax while you soak in the new hot tub on the grassy area that is all that separates you from the rocky shore. It is only 1 mile to the Devils Churn hiking trail and the Cape Perpetua park. This house has been thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom and is fully equipped. As you enter each level you are greeted with panoramic ocean views from large banks of windows. It can accommodate up to 16 people. There are six bedrooms with luxury linens and down quilts and towels and four brand new tile bathrooms, a wood burning fireplace/stove. The upper level open kitchen allows for sweeping views while you cook and opens to the front living and dining area. A modern entertainment system with Plasma TV enhance your enjoyment. The adjoining large family room features a wood burning stove, telescope and access to a large glassed in upper deck. A place to watch the stars, read or just enjoy the waves with friends.
