Custom Built Home full of extras: This home was completed in July of 2008 and has upgrades through out. Enjoy all new furnishings and bedding. The home has two gas fireplaces, hardwood, tile and marble flooring and an elevator. There are two wet bars and two wine refrigerators. There are two gas grills for cooking. There is seating on all of the decks as well as a table and chairs on the backyard patio. The home has an outdoor shower as well as a great yard for the kids to play in. There are 7 televisions including three plasma, HD televisions. The home has a central vac and front loader washer and dryer for your convenience. The home is located by one of Brigantine's most pristine beaches. Park your car for the week and walk to a food store, restaurants, pizza, clothing shops, spa, bagels, liqour store and even a fine dining restaurant and martini bar. The home includes 10 beach badges and all linens.
Available for golf and Spa weekends: Enjoy our home off season for golfing at the Links Golf course or a weekend at the Spa. Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa is now located at Harrah's and was voted top ten Spas in a casino setting. Or just enjoy a weekend at the beach without paying the casino prices.
Handicap Accessible: The home is handicap accessible with an extra large elevator to fit a wheel chair as well as an entrance to the elevator from the garage. Both the third floor bathroom and elevator have an extra large door. There is also a roll in shower in the third floor bathroom.
