The furnishings and decorations are very tastefully done to create a warm, comfortable atmosphere that you can call home during your stay in LA. You will feel right at home as soon as you enter the front door. A 60' big screen TV with surround sound in the family room will provide you with plenty of exciting entertainment while you are not out exploring LA's finest.
The house is located on a small, quiet and safe street called Vicland Place. Near the main streets of Victory and Vineland, it is safe to walk around this area if you want to go to the market on the corner. You can also hop in the car and drive (as most Los Angeleans do!) to a local restaurant, movie, studio, show, beach or any of the great many activities within a short driving distance.
This home is close to shopping, transit/bus routes, parks, tourist attractions and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and not a busy street, but centrally located to many great activities in the LA area. You can get to Balboa Park in 10 minutes, Magic Mountain in 20 minutes, Downtown LA in 20 minutes, Hollywood in 15 minutes, Pasadena in 15 minutes, Santa Monica and Venice Beaches in 30 minutes and Beverly Hills in 20 minutes.
