  • 4 day 3 night packages available for $650.00 year round or $1000.00 per week Sat to Sat. A $250.00 deposit taken upon signing rental agreement for dates requested. Balance due 1 week prior to arrival.
    A separate refundable security deposit for pets of $200.00 is required all rentals.

    House is also available for yearly rental at $675.00 per month, plus utilities. First months plus security deposit of $675.00 is due upon signature of lease. A $500.00 refundable security deposit for pets is required. 60 days notice is required, if lease is to be terminated early, security deposit will not be refunded. Pet security will be refunded upon inspection of property 10 days after.
  • House is currently for sale there is no sign on property. Real Estate agents will have the right to show property with twenty four hours notice.
