- PAYMENT PROCEDURE
- For payment, Owner prefers wire transfers. A deposit is required to reserve rental. For nightly rentals, deposit equal to 50% of rental term; For weekly rentals, deposit equal to 25% of rental term; For monthly rentals, deposit equal to 15% of rental term. Thirty days prior to check-in, the first half of the rent is due. Fourteen days prior to arrival, the balance of the rent is due. At that time the deposit automatically converts to a security deposit.
- A $250 cleaning fee charged upon departure. Deposit is fully refundable within two weeks after departure, providing no damages occur. Any damages will reduce the damage deposit only by the value of individual item damaged.

- There is a nursery adjacent to the master bedroom, where our own children slept when they were babies. Currently, there is no crib in the nursery, but one could be rented if needed. Upstairs there is an office which could be turned into a fifth bedroom. We have a double futon in storage that can be moved into this room.
