3 - THE ENTIRE HOUSE( APARTMENT ABOVE GARAGE AND BREEZEWAY) Weekend Per/Night = $875 MidWeek Per/Night = $685. - Minimum Stay 2 nights
* EACH SEPARATED BY TWO DIFFERENT ENTRANCES. - A $400 security deposit required before rental and is refundable if the house is left in proper order.
Check in is at 3pm on the day of your arrival, check out is at 11am unless prior arrangements have been made.
1/2 payment of the total reserves your stay and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival. We do not accept cancellations.

We ask you to leave the house as you found it, remove the trash, lock all the windows and doors.
