Notes: The estate is situated on a designated State Scenic Road. The panoramic views are truly spectacular. Estate grounds are elegantly landscaped, including a large lawn for a casual game of Croquet. Native to the area and often seen are deer, bobcat, coyotes, hawks, owls and at least 12 species of hummingbirds. As we are located at an elevation of 2300 feet (700m), the vista includes the the Santa Monica Mountains, the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island and the cities of Greater Los Angeles, as if seen from an airplane. The three-bedroom Guest House is itself reminiscent of a classic European home. It is well-detailed, both inside and out, to ensure that you are surrounded by high style, luxury and comfort. The entry deck, situated between two Arbutus Strawberry Trees, commands outstanding views. Behind the Guest House is the Orchard and the deliciously-fruity Satsuma and Santa Rosa Plum trees, Mint and many types of Lavender. Enter the Guest House through the heavy Mahogany main door, opening into the Foyer and Living Room on the oak-planked floor that is beautifully detailed with wrought-iron nail pegs.

The two-story Living Room adjacent : to the Foyer, boasts a fireplace with a European-style detailed stone surround. Alongside it are four elegant leaded glass windows filled with the rich colors of the gardens, and the glimmering hues of the ocean that lie beyond. Elegant crown moldings and and baseboards provide the seamless blend between the quality of the Main Residence and this Guest House. A staircase leads to the second floor, along tall Pella windows with Duo-Shades that allow the natural light and warmth to flood every area, to an indoor balcony area that overlooks the Living Room, and opens through a sliding door to an outdoor viewing deck.

The Kitchen with dining area: is situated to provide any short or long-term guest with comfort and convenience. It has been designed to maximize the space and sense of style found throughout this grand estate. The Kitchen is finished with a Kerala Green granite countertop, equipped with a Maytag dishwasher, Franke double sink with KWC faucet, RO filtered water system, soap dispenser and Waste King disposal, countertop range, GE Profile microwave oven, U-Line under-counter refrigerator and a pantry, boasting plenty of custom cabinetry of elegant detail. The three Bedrooms have ample closets, and are finished in a combination of natural materials and rich detail beauty. There are raised beds, with an array of colorful plants and mature specimen trees that echo the European Estate feel of this home. The main Motorcourt is surrounded by elegantly curved stone curbs, blending the Motorcourt perfectly with the other hardscape elements.
