Cancel 0-13 days in advance, the entire rental is Non-Refundable. No refund will be offered for Special Events bookings with less than 30 days notice. If the dates can be rebooked, a refund equal to the monies received less a $50 cancellation fee, will be issued within 2 weeks after the cancelled check out date.
