Main Living Area/Dining Area Amenities: • High-Speed/Broadband Internet connection - with both Wi-Fi Access and plug-in ethernet cable • Phone with free unlimited telephone calls to all of the US and Canada - accepts incoming calls - voice mail also included • TV is a large (34 inch) Panasonic High Definition TV - very good picture with both cable TV and DVDs • DVD player/system is a home theatre system with 5 speakers for surround sound.(with a small DVD movie library) • Cable TV with around 100 channels including many free on-demand cable TV channels (for watching movies on demand similar to a DVD) - and channels that play various music mixes (classical, pop, rock, jazz, etc.) • Comfortable Ikea Sofa • Dining table - with leaves to expand seating to 6 people - great as a work space as well as a dining table * A floor plan of the house can be viewed at my McGee House Berkeley web site (along with many other details).
