Amenities: Our guests can enjoy use of both Jack Nicklaus’ signature golf courses (at discounted rates), the fabulous new tennis facility, the Resident’s Beach Club, the Kapuri Beach Club (although it won’t be fully finished until July 2009 it still offers a nice beach, beverage service etc), use of our golf cart and exclusive access to “Playa Fortuna”, Porta Fortuna’s own private Beach Club which offers full service dining, room service, and an oceanfront pool. It is quite spectacular and the food is excellent. The Porta Fortuna development is made up of 3 areas of homes. There is a row of Beachfront homes, a row of Ocean-view homes behind those and then 14 Zen Casitas. The land has been meticulously graded so that all properties have wonderful views. The Villas on the golf course side have larger yards and larger pools and since they face the Pacific, they also have a view of the sunset.

The Villa: Our Villa is approximately 3800SF (indoor and outdoor living space) and offers 3 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main floor master bedroom has a King size bed, private bathroom with an indoor/outdoor shower and a patio with a weeping water wall. Upstairs is a 2nd master bedroom with a King size bed, its own bathroom, a private balcony with beautiful ocean views and retractable patio doors and it also opens to the main upper balcony. The 3rd bedroom is also upstairs and has 2 Queen sized beds, its own bathroom, and also walks out to the main upper balcony. The upper balcony is 12 feet by 21feet and offers a great place to gather with friends, take in the sun and views or use the private hot tub. Each bedroom has Four Season’s mattresses, 500 thread count sheets and oversized bath towels.

The Villa has an enlarged private pool, outdoor private BBQ, and 3 balconies. It also has granite slab countertops, 3” solid doors, marble floors, Viking and Miele appliances and a 50” plasma TV with Satellite, offering all the channels and conveniences of home. Included in the rental rate all guests will enjoy daily housekeeping, use of our golf cart and full concierge services. Our concierge can take care of every detail, including…. airport pickup/drop off, stocking the villa with groceries, making a tee-time, scheduling a massage, surfing lessons, dolphin encounter, whale watching, having a chef come to the villa or just making dinner reservations. Luis and his staff will take care of your every need. And because you are renting within Porta Fortuna, you also have room service available to you, served right from Sufi restaurant located in our Playa Fortuna Beach Club. Just one of the many little extras.
