Bookings require a 40% deposit and balance prior to arrival. - Rates include airport transfer upon arrival and departure, exclusive use of the villa, pool and garden and all amenities, welcome pack, daily cleaning and housekeeping, daily towel change, linen change twice a week, all taxes and VAT, guest manager support, excursion arrangements, use of boat (excludes fule and skipper charge at 7.5 Euro per day), internet access and software installation package, use of bicycles.
Rates exclude catering and table service:
Full Board (breakfast, lunch and 3-course dinner) at 30 Euro's per day per person.
Half Board (breakfast and 3-course lunch or dinner) at 22 Euro's per day per person.
Children below 12 years @ 50% discount.
Catering rates include cook, table service, water but exclude alcoholic beverages (available at cost price).
