View/Location: On Eagle River - great view, great fly-fishing, great river sounds. Mountain View: 360-degree Mountain Views - with a limited view of Beaver Creek ski runs. South facing 2-Story Condo 1 mile from nearest ski lift, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and theaters, 20 minutes to Eagle/Vail Airport, 2 hours from DIA.
Condo History: I've owned my 3-bed/3-bath condo for 10 years, and it's been my primary residence until I moved to Denver in the summer of 2007.
Other Activities: Hot-air ballooning, health/beauty spa, downhill/alpine skiing, river tubing (with proper gear), cross country skiing, kayaking, wildlife viewing
