FAQ:: Beach Proximity-- Hop in your car and drive to Sea Pines Beach club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the grill. Children's activities, full baths, and a shore store complete the Beach Club. The ocean is a 10-12 minute walk -- good for a stroll or exercise, but if taking children or lots of beach garb, better to bike or drive.
Nothing Old and Yucky Here!: 9 Pine Court is a total respite, and I have filled it with every amenity that I appreciate when I vacation-new electronics, crisp, cotton sheets and fluffy pillows, all new comfy mattresses, and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The carpets are clean and fresh smelling, as are the fabulous new furnishings. The sunny kitchen, featuring all new dishes and accouterments, is a great place to boil fresh shrimp and corn on the cob...or order pizza from nearby Guiseppi's! There is also a great grilling deck with gas grill for fresh fish or a yummy steak from the Fresh Market. Have you ever rented a vacation home only to find that the glassware is old and mismatched, the cookware is nearly non-existent, and that there MIGHT be one or two old wine glasses hidden back in the dark, stained cabinets? I have!! And I did not want that experience to greet my guests!
A Few more Details: PETS: We welcome your well behaved pet for a small additional fee - less than boarding and lots more fun - Greenwood Forest is a great neighborhood for dog walking! No pets in your party? No problem- there is NO pet smell in this house-- Special Needs and Wants: A special birthday cake? Dinner Reservations or Personal Chef? Kayak Tour or Fishing Trip? We have great connections to the best people, purveyors, and programs available on the Island. Just let us know what will make your vacation the BEST! A few more details.... A spacious living room with new 37' HDTV/DVD opens to a private deck with comfy outdoor furniture - just the place for sunning, sipping, or chatting. 3 bedrooms (1 King,1 Queen, 1 Queen) each boast the comfiest bed linens I could find, with 'down alternative' pillows- great for those who may be allergic, as well as LCD TV/DVD in each room. Baths are all always spic and span! There is a big laundry room with space for hanging wet things and storing all the stuff.
