Additional attractions: Located in the heart of the lakes region, near Weirs Beach, arcades, waterpark, outdoor theater, restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, boat and jet ski rentals, cruise on the famous MT. Washington, train rides. There are shopping malls within less than a mile from the condo. Shaws, Wal-Mart, Lowes, banks, Homegoods, shoe stores and more.
Boat trailers or any kind of trailers are not permitted on the property. Trailers can be stored at Gilford storage for a daily fee. There is a two car limit per condo. Parking spaces are not designated. Please be courteous to all and park in front of your unit. A set of condo rules will be posted in the unit. Your co-operation will greatly be appreciated in adhering to the rules. thank You
