The uniqueness of this home is that it is located on both Nantucket Sound and the Swan River. This offers many options for renters. Crabbing, clam digging, fishing, Kayaking, canoeing, boating, wind surfing, just to name a few activities, are right out the door. The islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are right off the coast. Ferry Boats leave daily for day trips to these unique islands where you can take a tour, shop, rent a motor bike, dine or walk around at your leisure. There are many activities for family fun including trampoline centers, batting cages, miniature golf courses and go-kart tracks, to name a few. The National Seashore is breathtaking with beautiful beaches and walking trails. There are movie theaters, drive ins, flea markets and antique shops just a short drive away.
Golf and Tennis: There are many golf courses on Cape Cod and all within a short drive of West Dennis. In addition there are public tennis courts and clubs.
Other Activities: Nantucket Island and Martha's Vineyard are a short Ferry Ride Away & a Wonderful Day Trip
