Main Floor Sunshine!!!!: Walking into the main floor of the house, you’re greeted by the florida sunshine as it streams through plantation shutters into two self-contained living areas: 1) the Den, on the left, offers a large TV, a queen size sleeper sectional, and plenty of other seating or game playing space for the whole family and 2) the Great Room on the right has two linen upholstered sofas flanking the gas fireplace and a mounted 50 inch plasma TV and DVD player, lots of additional plantation-style seating, cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows with french doors leading out to the screened upper living-room lanai and spiral staircase to the pool deck below. The well equipped and large kitchen with breakfast nook and eat-at counter space is inviting for the cook and the take-out crowd alike. The adjacent dining room includes an armoire with stereo equipment and a dining table with seating for 10 people. The main floor queen-size bedroom suite has a full bathroom with step-in shower.

Elevator to the upper level bedroom suites: Take the elevator to the third level and the three additional bedroom suites. The second and third b/r suites each have have two twin beds (which may be pushed together to form a king), one with a large full bathroom with step-in shower and the other with a full size tub for bathing little ones. The king size master suite is huge with a wall mounted flatscreen TV and large bathroom with double vanity sinks, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dressing table with terry covered dressing chair. Master suite occupants will lounge on the private deck in their “cuddle chairs”. The Gulf of Mexico and Pine Island Sound are both visible from this deck.

Elevator to the ground floor pool deck!!!: The ground floor lower level includes a half-bath powder room convenient to the large three story screened-in entertainment/pool room with a built-in gas BBQ grill, large eating table and swivel chairs, and multiple lounge chairs for lazing around the heated pool and spa. The outdoor pool table and blue and white pool changing room are located on the pool deck. This is an amazing room!!!
