Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- To reserve a date and property a completed contract (which will be sent via email) and 1/3rd of rental payment is required at booking. The last 2/3 payment is due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. All payments and taxes can be charged via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover).
Standard fees such as administration, cleaning and damage insurance will be added to the rental agreement.
Reservation Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs within 90 days of the booking, the security deposit will not be refunded. However, if we are able to rebook the property for the advertised rate your down payment, less $129.00 will be refunded.
