- Resort Guest Fee:
All rental guests are subject to a daily resort fee of $45 per person, per day. (Fees do not apply
to children under the age of 14.)
This fee provides for the following privileges:
Resort-wide charging privileges.
Complimentary access to the award-winning Hualalai Sports Club and Spa.
Use of the Hualalai Club Concierge who will be happy to arrange for dining, spa, golf and
numerous activity reservations during your stay.
Access to all restaurants and pools, the beach and retail outlets located within the Four Seasons Resort.
Access to the Hualalai Golf Course (Jack Nicklaus Signature Course).
Access to the Hualalai Grille overlooking the 18th green of the Hualalai Golf Course.
*Please note: the Canoe Club and Ke'olu Golf course & Clubhouse (Weiskopf Course) are member-only facilities.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Hainoa Estate Villa is a non-smoking environment. - Deposit | Cancellation Policy:
A two-night, non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation.
The remaining balance is due and non-refundable sixty (60) days prior to arrival.

- The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 baths. Master Bedroom has ocean views, a large master bathroom with garden shower, as well as an ocean view lanai that opens up to our private pool and spa. Guest Bedroom #1 has Mauka (mountain) views, a king size bed, full bathroom and a garden shower. Guest Bedroom #2 has ocean views, a full bathroom and an ocean view lanai. The Ohana is on the back side of the house with Mauka (mountain) views. It has one large bedroom with a king size bed, a kitchenette, two closets, and a master bathroom. It also has a small lanai.
