Basic info: Linens, towels and paper products are not provided. This condo is ideal for 2 people, but it can accommodate a guest on the futon. All manuals for appliances should be in the cabinet under the sink. Just a few common sense things. Please use caution when using the gas grill, as this is a wooden structure. Daily housekeeping is not included, but there are turnover cleanings between rentals. Please leave furniture where it is and leave the place the way you found it. Also, please be respectful of your neighbors. No loud noise after 10 PM. Now that that stuff is out of the way, I hope that you have the vacation of your life and enjoy all that the area has to offer.
