- MY@H Group requires 30% of the total amount or $500, whichever amount is greater, as a deposit to secure the reservation. Deposit is due within 3-day from signing the contract. Remaining balance, including a $50 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit, is due upon arrival at the check-in. The security deposit is refundable, minus damages if any, when you check out and the apartment is left in original, undamaged and clean condition.
Only cash, wiring transfer, and Visa/MasterCard charges (through PayPal) will be accepted without any exception! Please note there is a 5% processing fee for using PayPal and a 3% processing fee for wiring transfer.
Payments on reservation canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable without any exception. Reservations canceled more than 14 days prior will receive a 50% refund on deposit.
