The home is fitted with a games room with pool, air hockey and fooseball tables, heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, WIFI Internet service with 7MB speed connection, Digital Cable with over 200 channels, central AC and heating. You think of it and we will do our best to provide it.
The home is two-story home with five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a two car garage. Located on the left of the entrance of the home are the kitchen, with nook, and the dining room. The dining room leads into the living room. On the left side of the living room is the first bed/bath room combination. To the right of the living room is the second and third bed/bathroom combination. Located in the back of living room is a tri-fold sliding glass door that opens up to the covered lanai.
Two of the bedrooms on the first floor have a walk-in closets. On the second floor of the home are the fourth and fifth bed/bathroom combinations. This home also features a laundry area and additional storage in the garage.
