Our street is located at the furthest point away from Route 27** **HUGE patio/lanai area. Our home has an oversized patio but an additional 32x12 sunning deck with direct southern exposure. You won't find that anywhere else** **Outdoor speakers so you can enjoy music while you enjoy our oversized patio** **Outdoor illuminating lights to set the perfect tone**
**The oversized pool has steps into it and under-water lights illuminate the pool for evening swimming. There is also a spa tub for your enjoyment. A child safety-fence surrounds the pool for your peace of mind.
