Notes: THere is a private pool, BUT IT IS NOT HEATED, I don't go in until end of may But I am a baby anything before is at your own risk. Nice to sit by and look at the other months.I have basic cable TV only, There is a DVD player with some movies, also.

My Rates are very reasonable, I Want people who will take care of it.Plus,this is an older home in an older neighborhood.Built in the 50's. Houses are well kept, this home has been partially remodeled but does have some old features like single pane windows. small bathrooms etc It could still use some more remodeling,If you are looking for the 'perfect everything home ' this is not it. IT is very comfortable, with a nice back yard, and pool .Very centrally located, close to downtown and easy access to all subburbs . There is also an apartment at the end of the home, does have separate entrance, but Washer and Dryer are shared, which is off the back patio. Steve and Jeannie live in apt on the end, Steve is the caretaker, if you have problems let him know.

They are quiet and you won't see much of them. Steve is the caretaker and fixes things that need to be fixed, He will meet you with the key and help with whatever needed. I live in Prescott 2 hours away. thanks barb

There is Internet to the home but no computer on site. I bring my laptop down when I go.I have BASIC cable TV only.

Other Activities: lots of hiking close by, convention center and chase ball field 6 miles close to Barrows and Phoenix Childrens Hospital
