Summit #67 is a sunny one bedroom one bathroom corner unit with a great view of the lifts. The unit is well maintained with new carpet, a new slate floor entry and fireplace, and lovely oak furnishings. Along with being extremely comfortable, #67 is furnished with a large TV/VCR as well as DVD and CD stereo system.
You will also find a new TV/VCR in the bedroom which features handsome furnishings and bedding. The bathroom is remodeled with decorator tile and all new fixtures. Throughout the condo there are interesting photos, artifacts and memorabilia that add a personal and eye pleasing touch to the unit.
Bed Arrangement- the bedroom has a queen size bed with a sleeper sofa in the living room.
Amenities at The Summit include: covered parking, a modern fitness center, tennis courts, barbecue areas, two pools, and several spas and saunas.
The summer rate is $115 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more. Winter rates are; midweek $150, weekend $190, holiday $220/245 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials..
