This premiere one bedroom plus loft condo is a cozy end unit with garage parking, lots of sun exposure and is near the pool & spa area.
Bigwood 53 is light and bright with pine accents throughout, including new pine cabinetry and new tile counters in the kitchen. Decorated with local artwork and some new furnishings, this unit makes a great mountain retreat.
The Yellow Line Shuttle stop is a healthy two block walk from the condo for access to Eagle Express and Canyon Lodge. FREE LONG DISTANCE is offered in this unit.
Amenities include; garage parking, centrally located pool, spa/sauna, recreation area and a common area BBQ.
The summer rate for this unit is $135 per night with additional discounts for four nights or more.
Winter rates for this unit are; mid-week $165, weekend $205, holidays $235 to $270 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.
Bedding Arrangement- Queeen in the master, double + double futon in the loft.
