We require a pre-payment equal to 50% of the value of the stay at time of booking. Reservations canceled prior to 21 days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund. Any cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival will forfeit their pre-payment. - We require a security deposit of $800 to be paid at time of booking. This refundable deposit can be made in the form of credit card, cashiers check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted. We will retain your credit card or deposit for 10 days after your stay. A property inspection will be conducted at that time and you will be notified if any damage fee will be assessed. We also reserve the right to retain any portion of the security deposit to cover extra cleaning fees over and above normal amounts.

- Our home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Please note that one bedroom contains bunk beds and is not ideal for adult couples. Rates are based on maximum of 6 adults. Children 17 and under stay free. Extra adult persons are subject to a $25 fee per person per night. We also have a port a crib available for use. All beds are custom, hand made log beds made in Montana.

A well trained Montana mushers will pack your lunch, harness your team of Siberian Huskies and lead you and your team up the breathtaking Mill Creek Drainage. Yellowstone National Park Amenities: Summer - Enjoy hiking, fly-fishing, wildlife viewing, photography and sight seeing. Fall - Watch the elk bugle and the foliage change, photography and wildlife viewing opportunities abound. Winter - Enjoy cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, wildlife viewing or relax and enjoy a beautiful and peaceful snow coach ride. Spring - Watch as Yellowstone awakes from the slumber of winter, wild flowers dot the landscape, elk, buffalo, wolf and bear cub emerge to experience all that Yellowstone has to offer. Yellowstone is 30 miles south of the property.
Yellowstone River: Enjoy world famous fly fishing, white water rafting or a scenic peaceful float trip down the longest undammed river in the United States, less than 3 miles from property.
