The upstairs area features a large family room with a stone fireplace, reading area with 2 large comfy chairs, dining area that accommodates 8, breakfast bar that seats 3, fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances, full bath and ladder to loft area with a queen bed. The large front deck looks out on magnificent mountain views, and 2nd back deck looks into the pine and aspen trees. Downstairs includes the extra-large master bedroom (king bed)/bath suite; a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and twin, full bathroom across the hall and outside storage area for ski equipment.
This home is “turn-key” ready. Other amenities include: cable TV, wi-fi internet service, DVD/VCR, stereo & games; two new hot tubs available only for our complex of 14 units; high efficiency washer/dryer in the house; radiant heating in the floors; and single car garage. Keystone Shuttle bus with enclosed shelter just steps from our front door runs every 15 minutes to slopes; mini market is less than 3 minute walk. Within walking distance to conference center, restaurants, shops, grocery, hiking & biking trails, world class golf & skating.
Skiing Nearby: Area Ski Resorts - 6 major ski resorts 45 minutes away! Keystone - 1 mile - Shuttle picks every 15 minutes. Breckenridge - 15 minute drive. A-Basin - 10 mintue drive. Vail - 30 minute drive. Beavercreek - 45 minute drive. Copper - 20 minute drive.
