Rate information for this Torre delle Stelle villa rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly prices are to be intended per property and (possibly) from Saturday to Saturday.
To proceed with the booking a rental contract has to be signed and returned via mail or fax with a copy of an ID.
Then, within 48H or the booking will be cancelled, a 30% deposit is requested.
Preferred payment method via bank.
On arrival a damage deposit of € 300 is requested and will be entirely given back on departure after the house will be checked for damages.
Check-in: from 4pm.
Check-out: before 11 am.
Electricity, water and gas + bedlinen and towels with weekly change cost € 15 per person per week.
Final house cleaning € 80.
