- The weekly rate for the peak season (June 9 - September 8) is $4,290 plus 6% Michigan sales tax.
The nightly rate for the peak season is $695 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 3-night minimum stay required and a $120 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days. For rentals more than 5 days, the cleaning is included in the rental rate. Note that although we offer a minimum 3-night stay in the peak season, our current policy is that we do not offer that until 2-3 weeks prior to the date of interest if the full week has not been reserved at that time.
The weekly rate for the off season (September 9 - June 8) is $2,000 plus 6% Michigan sales tax.
The nightly rate for the off season is $290 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 3-night minimum stay required and a $120 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days. For rentals more than 5 days, the cleaning is included in the rental rate.
- PLEASE NOTE: Although the minimum stay during the peak season is 3-nights, we generally do not offer the 3-night stay duration until 2-3 weeks prior to the date of interest if the full week has not been rented. Prior to that 2-3 week period, the minimum stay is generally a one-week duration. Currently, our rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday.
