- The bathroom have been completely redone with black and white tile on the floors and subway tiles in the shower and surrounds. They are very clean and done to reflect the era of the house (1920)

- Two bedrooms downstairs and 1 master suite on second floor. The master suite has a queen bed, and twin day bed plus a nice sunny window seat. The bath has a jetted tub with a folding shower door, a dressing area with lots of storage. The up stairs has its own HVAC unit so the temp can be easily controlled. Downstairs has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. The house has had a complete remodel to include electrical, plumbing, HVAC interior plaster on the walls. Oh, the kitchen is wonderful. The cabinet drawers have the quiet close and are all new with glass front upper cabinet doors. You will love it.
