Ski: The Tahoe Donner ski hill is right up the road which has a small downhill mountain and miles of cross country skiing. The condo is about a 15-20 minute drive from Squaw Valley USA, Sugarbowl, Northstar, Boreal, and Alpine.
Golf: There are two golf courses within a few minutes from the Condo. The one at Tahoe Donner and Coyote Moon.
