Conveniently located on the Eastern bench of downtown in the heart of Capitol Hill we are nestled between Broadway, the hub of Capitol Hill's commercial district, and the neighborhood joints on Fifteenth Avenue East. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, casual eateries, fine dining, gorgeous parks, friendly pubs and lively clubs just blocks away from our front door.
Within an easy five to ten minute walk of: Volunteer Park, Conservatory, Asian Art Museum, Cal Anderson Park, Capitol Hill Art Center, Seattle Central Community College, Post Office, Capitol Hill Library and more. Within an easy 15 to 25 minute walk of: Convention Center, Pike Place Market, Downtown Seattle, Seattle Center, Space Needle, Experience Music Project, Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Art Museum, Waterfront shops, Hospitals: Group Health, Swedish, Virginia Mason, Harbor View, Schools: Seattle University, Seattle Central Community College, Cornish College of Arts. Within a ten minute drive of: The University of Washington, Woodland Park Zoo, Boeing Field and The Flight Museum, Ferries to the Olympic Peninsula, The Ballard Lox, Mariners and Seahawks Stadiums, West Seattle and Alki Beach. One of the best things about The Maple is that we had all of the plumbing replaced during our remodel 2 years ago. What this means is that our water pressure is great and your shower will never go cold...which is priceless in my book. Some of the other extra's that make us unique are: the Dish Network Cable including all of the movie channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Encore etc). High efficiency front load washers and dryers are conveniently located right outside the back door of each apartment. Not only are these free to use we supply you with detergent and dryer sheets. The kitchens are stocked with complimentary coffee, salt and pepper, dish soap and a roll of paper towels. In the bathroom you will find fluffy white towels, a new bar of soap and a hair dryer. We've had over 500 guests since we opened 2 years ago and the only complaints we've had are that we are booked the extra nights they wanted to stay.
