Refundable $800 deposit required. After your stay, an inspection of the house will be made. Any damage, except normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the security deposit. The security deposit is returned after this inspection and keys are returned to owner. If keys are lost, a house re-key charge will be deducted from the security deposit. - Local calls are free, but all long distance calls must be charged to a telephone credit card or major credit card. Phone line access is available at the built-in desk adjacent to the kitchen and downstairs in the family room.
