- Rules: 1. CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 12 PM EST AND CHECK OUT IS 2 PM. 2. This is a NON SMOKING Apt. No exceptions. Smoking is permitted outside the premises. Any evidence of smoking inside the premises will be PENALIZED with $250 penalty fee. 3. This is Home away from Home. We beg you treat our apartment as yours. Please maintain a strict order with your visits (especially children), do not park in other neighbors’ parking, avoid excessive noises, and follow the complex swimming pool rules. 4. SAVE THE PLANET- avoid excessive use of appliances; turn off the air conditioners, fans, water heater and other electric equipment if you are not using them. 5. Pets are not permitted. Any evidence of pets inside the premises will be PENALIZED with a $250 penalty fee. 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per cabin is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge of $15 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed up to eight (8) persons.
