The Pool & Spa and Family Gathering Areas:: The 15 x 30ft. Salt-water Pool & Spa with 10” deep tanning shelf commands a spectacular view of the San Jacintos mountain and tram station at its peak. The entire house has been tiled in Italian stone slate to help keep the house cool during the warmer months. The home decor includes an eclectic mix of contemporary and Spanish motifs, along with Leather Furniture, a Rustic Flagstone Fire Place, and an elegant dinning area for six. The TV entertainment area is adjacent the bright clean kitchen, perfect for staying in the conversations while preparing the munchies for your guests or family.
The Baths and Bedrooms:: Multi-party guests may have trouble deciding who gets the Master with its King sized bed, 27' cable TV and imac Internet access work desk. The spacious master bath offers a 'his & her' sink vanity, and separate toilet room. In addition to its larger size and master amenities, the room also boasts French doors right off the patio deck for those quick mid-night pool dips. The Second and Third bedrooms share the hall bathroom with full shower/tub, toilet and single sink vanity. Both rooms have Queen beds with medium firm mattresses and 3' thick foam mattress pads. Thread counts on all bedroom sheets are between 400 - 600, and are covered in stylish comforter bedding. ...Should you have an unexpected overnight guest in addition to the Party of 6, we also have a Sofa-Sleeper in family area.
The Laundry and Linens:: A week long reservation may require washing clothes or swim suits. Villa Amelia offers a full capacity Washer/Dryer Laundry Room. Each bath has 2 sets of linens, 6 Beach towels and additional towels, sheets and blankets in the hall cabinet.
