Comfort with lots of space!: Our unit is spacious. Our lanai is enclosed for extra roominess and comfort in the living room area. We have an additional deck just off the master bedroom, with patio doors leading outside to a table and chairs, lounge chaise, potted plants and greenery, covered by a pergola awning. We have tried to provide you with everything you need and then some, from beach chairs and towels to a Mickey Mouse Waffle maker. The comfort of our guests is our number one priority. Our kitchen is complete and my hope is that it will surpass your expectations, and then some!
Privacy and first floor convenience!: 8-102 at Siesta Dunes, Siesta Key, is a first floor garden unit. You will enjoy the privacy and beauty of a tropical garden setting, while at the same time being just steps away from the pool, deck, and beach. Siesta Dunes Complex IS directly on the gulf, so you will have no roads to cross to get to the beach or other complex amenities; just a short walk across the beautiful grounds. Even if you walk a slow pace, you will still be able to see the breathtakingly beautiful beach in just a couple of minutes!
Updated and clean!: We have recently purchased a new dining room table and chairs (May 2006) as well as a new rattan table and chair set for the glass-enclosed lanai (May 2006) for your comfort. The living room sofa and love seat were purchased in 2004. We have recently added a DVD player, as well as a radio/CD player mounted under the cabinet in the kitchen. We continually add to the kitchen, making it by far one of the the most well-equipped kitchens you will find in a rental. We try to keep the decor bright and cheery so you feel like you're in Florida!! We just redecorated the bedrooms with new bedspreads, rugs, curtains, etc. in June 2008. The guest bathroom was remodeled at the end of 2007 - with new walls, paint, new fixtures, corian sink and counter top. We plan to remodel the master sink area by the end of 2008.
