Mid-week maid service is included in all rentals.
Low-season rates are based on double occupancy. We generally book Saturday to Saturday rentals, 7 day minimums, or for longer periods, either beginning or ending on a Saturday. However, in some cases we might be able to accommodate shorter time periods or different arrival days. Rates are subject to change. Please Inquire. -
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to date of occupancy. 8% US Virgin Island tax is additional.
A $500 refundable security deposit is also required at the time of your final payment, 8 weeks prior to arrival. This will be returned to you within four weeks of your departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Payments are non-refundable unless the agent or owner re-rents the villa during the period reserved. If the villa is re-rented, a handling charge of 20% of the total balance, plus any difference incurred if a replacement rental must be discounted, will be deducted. We highly recommend that you purchase travelers insurance for all dates of travel, but especially when traveling during hurricane season, July-October.

- Each bedroom has an en suite bath. The two upper bathrooms are accented with skylights and the west guest bedroom has a massive shower with stone wall accents. There is an outdoor shower on the lower level covered patio.

- The Master has a dedicated King Size Bed. The two guest Bedrooms have two twins that can be made into comfortable Kings Sized beds. Cribs, extra roll-away beds and Pack-n-Plays are available for rental by our property managers. While we try to exercise some flexibility with extra children or an extra adult, the villa is really only designed for 6 adults and is not appropriate for large parties. The living room does not have sleep sofas.

Vaulted cypress-beamed ceilings and overhead fans accent the great room, kitchen, and two upper bedrooms. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen includes an electric range/oven, a microwave, dishwasher, a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice maker/dispenser, a whole-house and separate drinking water filtration systems, a 'steaming hot' water dispenser, a blender, coffeemaker, bread maker, and an espresso/cappuccino machine. Just a few steps from the kitchen is an outdoor dining area on a trellised patio -- complete with a fully-automatic, stainless steel, gas grill; so you can grill the fish you catch at the secluded beach below! The pool and hot tub are strategically cantilevered into the cliff on the west side of the property, for maximum views and breeze. Arise in the early morning, and enjoy relaxing in either the pool or hot tub as you appreciate the dramatic colors of sunrise.
In the evening, enjoy sipping champagne as the sounds of mellow jazz surround you; and marvel at the complexity and beauty of the sunset -- and the clarity of the stars, while you're warmed in the hot tub and cooled by the ocean breezes. Andante comes with everything you'll need for a relaxed island vacation. Amenities include linens, towels, a phone, fax, printer, a dedicated fax/computer line, cable TV with HBO and CINEMX, a radio, a surround-sound multi-zoned stereo (even piped to the pool and hot tub!), a CD-radio-cassette deck, beach chairs and coolers, snorkeling equipment, and an extensive selection of books and music. You need bring only your bathing suit, and a few clothes for forays into town. A private path winds down to the sparsely-peopled white sand, pebble and coral beach below. There you'll enjoy fabulous snorkeling at one the best spots on the island. A left turn at the bottom of the hill will take you to nearby Chocolate Hole for a tranquil swim.
If 'chilling out' is what you seek, Andante is so self-contained that it's possible to 'hole up' in the villa for several days at a time without the need to leave home. Andante is perfect for that first or second honeymoon. If you do venture out, the world-renowned beaches of the north shore, and the boutiques and restaurants (ranging from funky to gourmet) of the tiny town of Cruz Bay are less than a ten-minute drive away. And a fifteen-minute, two-dollar ferry ride will take you to the bustling shops and restaurants of St. Thomas. The word 'Andante' defines a moderately slow, relaxed, and leisurely tempo in music.
