This home is one of ten homes built around a beautifully landscaped pool area, palm trees, lounges, night lighting, a bath and shower. It's centered on the pool, and is less than 30 feet from it.
This home boasts ten-foot ceilings, a bath, and a walk-in closet in each bedroom. The home has been professionally decorated with attention to every comfort. Rattan, wicker, pastels, and palm trees are the 'flavor' of the decor.
Amenities include three 31' TVs with VCRs, and a simple-to-operate tuner/CDplayer -- to provide background music for indoor and outdoor activities. The dining area has a table for six.
